Why have I not received an email confirming I have submitted my clicktopurchase offer?

There are three possibilities:

  1. Are you sure you have submitted your offer? When you enter your bid and "submit", you are taken to another view where you need to confirm your offer. If you have failed to confirm, your offer will not have been submitted.

  1. Have you checked your Junk Folder? Sometimes an email can be placed in this folder by your email app. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

  2. There may be a system error. If neither of the above solve the issue, please contact support and we will investigate
